Here in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, where our studio is located, this past week has seen the mercury rise... and rise... and keep on rising, continuing daily to break records that have stood for decades. Most people I know are camped out in front of fans, or in air-conditioned public spots, trying to find some relief from this relentless heat.
